This is how an underclassman grabs attention

Zack Inge, the Carolina Pride rising junior we wrote about the other day, is already attracting attention.

“He is receiving a lot of positive feedback from the DVDs we mailed out a few weeks ago,” says dad Mark, who played offensive line at Clemson. Mark says that North Carolina, Coastal Carolina and Wofford have already responded.

It didn’t hurt that the 6-foot-2, 265-pound Zack, who can play both offensive and defensive line, is still just a rising junior with room to grow. And that he finished his sophomore year with a 4.0 GPA.

The next step? Inge will attend Duke’s football camp Saturday. And next Saturday, he will be at the invitation-only National Underclassmen Combine in Atlanta, with a chance to turn a few more heads.

Carolina Pride plays the blind and retarded schools. Anyone would look good on film against the teams they play.
