Yeah, yeah, I know I’m supposed to be off today, but in these times, recruiting never sleeps. Which is a good thing for South Stanly High DE Justin Taylor, all 6-foot-4, 220 pounds of him.
Taylor is visiting Virginia Tech this weekend, but yesterday, East Carolina also tried to jump into the mix with him, according to South Stanly coach Luke Little.
“ECU has just offered him,” Little said.
The Pirates join Virginia Tech and N.C. State on Taylor’s offer sheet, a nice start for a player who is receiving more and more attention. --Stan Olson
