“He’s probably going to ECU,” said a source close to the situation this morning. “He did have some grade-point difficulties but he’s done a good job of finishing strong.”
Richardson, who is 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds with good speed, led Byrnes—one of the area’s most prolific offenses—with 50 receptions. He totaled 962 yards (19.2 a catch) and scored 13 TDs.
Richardson, who would be one of top-rated recruits in ECU's Class of 2010, also returned two punts, both for touchdowns.

I would also choose ECU over Catawba and Wingate and NC State.
ECU was probably one of the few schools that he qualified. By their statements on grades, I assume he wouldn't qualify for an ACC school, nor is he good enough for the SEC, thus ECU it is.
If he qualified for ECU he CERTAINLY could qualify at NC State.
Maybe he wants to go to the best football program in the state of NC, which is ECU.
Has offers from Louisville, Mischigan State, Rutger, Mississippi State, Syracuse and ECU. Don't know about Catawba.
Can he kick field goals, too?
According to Rivals, Richardson has offers from East Carolina, Kansas St, Louisville, Michigan St, Mississippi St, Rutgers, Syracuse, and Tulane.
This would be a real nice get. Rivals has him as the #100 WR in the 2010 class.
Where can you find that ECU has lower grade requirements for atheletes than the SEC or ACC or are you just making stuff up? I guess after all of those beat downs ECU has given USC in your house you have to say something.
