North Carolina to make Lattimore's Final Five?

Duncan (S.C.) Byrnes High’s Marcus Lattimore, the nation’s top RB by many estimates, visited North Carolina over the weekend with his mother and both really enjoyed the trip.

“She loved it,” Lattimore told our buddy Don Callahan of InsideCarolina.com when he asked about mom. “She loved the city and the people of Chapel Hill. It’s not that big of a city, but it’s fun – she liked that about it. She knows I’d have a good time there.”

Lattimore, who is 6-feet and 210 pounds, is ranked No.1 on our S.C. Top 25 List. He had received offers from most of the country’s leading football powers, but recently cut his list to eight schools--
Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Maryland, North Carolina, Penn State, and South Carolina. He plans to have that figure trimmed to five by summer’s end.

UNC could be among them.

North Carolina is going to stick with me for a while,” Lattimore said. “They’re probably going to make my top five at the end of the summer. I love North Carolina.”

His mother has now visited Auburn, Clemson, South Carolina and Tennessee with him.

Well that's important. Who's want to focus on being a student or an athlete when you can just "have a good time?" I guess DWIwon Lawson knows all about that, though.

Procton - Do you still sit at a library computer and post asinine comments all day?

Procton you are the type of crap that gives posters a bad name. Ty Lawson was not charged with DWI. He was cited for under-age drinking. That's a HUGE difference. No reason for you or anyone else to hide behind a keyboard and spread lies about anyone.
